Our company can help you make changes to your company’s registration if your company was registered through the S24 system and you have never made any changes through a notary.

Cost of KRS Amendments: up to 3 changes — 1,000 zł; each additional change — 150 zł.

When purchasing a company, a PCC tax declaration must also be filed. The fee for preparing the declaration is 100 zł per shareholder. All prices are net. An additional court fee of 300.60 zł applies.
