Obtaining a Taxi License

Payment in two installments: 1,000 zł upfront and 1,000 zł once the license has been issued.

Required Documents:

Two photos (35 × 45 mm).
Criminal record certificates from Poland and your country of origin.
A vehicle with the taxi designation entered in its registration certificate, a valid technical inspection, and insurance.
A valid Polish driving license.
A registered company in Poland.
A medical certificate and psychological assessment for taxi drivers.
A document confirming your right to use the vehicle (leasing agreement or purchase agreement).
