Yes, you can. We can also assist you with the admission process, provided the educational institution is located in Warsaw.
Since studying is the primary purpose of your stay, you may need a separate work permit to access the labor market. Your employer must arrange the required work authorization (oświadczenie), which can take from 7 days to process.
The process is as follows: find an employer, agree on the terms of employment, have the employer arrange the required work authorization, and then start working once you are legally authorized to do so.
You can obtain a residence permit in Poland without knowing Polish. Language proficiency may be required when applying for permanent residence, after 5–10 years of living in Poland, depending on the grounds for your application.
There are no official Polish-language requirements for admission, and almost every college offers free or paid language courses for international students.
You should allow at least one month for the entire process. Ideally, plan for approximately six weeks (1.5 months). We recommend starting the entire admission and visa application process two months before your course begins. Please also note that colleges typically admit students twice a year: in summer and winter.
Processing times depend on the workload of the government authorities. The procedure usually takes around 12 months.
You need at least €3,000 in your bank account, calculated at approximately €200 per month plus the cost of a return ticket. We recommend having a larger amount available—at least €5,000 per person.
For example, in Warsaw, an intensive one-month language course costs around 1,700 zł (€420).
